Confused yet?

Well I am, and I’d like to think I know what I’m talking about. However, the above scenario is all too common, and unfortunately it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, bemused, and about ready to give up on exercise for good.

Firstly, I should mention that all the above exercises are correct in some way, and yet not quite right!

I’m sorry … am I just making this even more confusing?

We are all individuals, our body’s work in very different ways, we have contrasting goals, we lead varying lifestyles, and, of course, most importantly, we have extremely diverse levels of fitness.
