Did Oprah do Medifast?
You’d be hard pressed to talk to people about Medifast without them asking if that was the diet Oprah took back in the 80s when she managed to slip into size 10 jeans. Well, the answer is no. Oprah managed that feat by starving herself on liquid shakes.

The point is, with the right diet you can eat plenty of solid foods and also lose a large amount of weight safely.
Oprah admitted her regret in doing the liquid shake diet. Perhaps if she had known a diet plan like this that results in dramatic yet safe weight loss was possible with solid foods, she would’ve gone that route instead.
